She eagerly awaited the arrival of a childhood friend she hadn't seen in decades, explaining to nearby campers that she was waiting for him. When he finally arrived, Lito and Faye, both widowed, spent an evening reminiscing about their lives, losses, and loneliness. They are gentle misfits with resilience and existential spirit, seeking to deal with something elusive: a sense of love that no longer exists.
